Ms. Jade Nguyen is first and foremost an entrepreneur who has a limitless drive for her clients. Jade manages the company’s business development and professional relationships with our network of business partners.
With over thirteen years in the business development industry, she understands what it takes to ensure what any new client requires for transitioning into Canada.
Jade has a deep passion for interacting directly with people and the community through the services of Guardian Caregiving. Using her skills and experience, she looks to become an important part of Guardian Caregiving’s success and the Guardian family.

Brooke Lacey. is an aspiring nurse practitioner and is currently in her second year of the Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BScN) program at Laurentian University in Sudbury Ontario. From a young age, Brooke always knew that she wanted to play an active role in her community by helping others achieve and maintain optimal health and Health Care.
Brooke has a combination of diverse clinical experience, academic excellence, compassion, strong interpersonal skills, and a dedication to provide person-centered care. Not to mention she is one heck of an athlete. Kindness and empathy are part of her core values which are always present in the care for my clients. She is looking forward to serving her community and helping those in need.
This is Makayla Gratton. She is a second-year nursing student in the BScN program at Laurentian University. She has a variety of clinical experience that continues to grow constantly, as well as academic excellence.
She has always dreamed of becoming a doctor in Northern Ontario. Makayla has been playing competitive hockey for 12 years which has taught her the importance of teamwork, dedication, perseverance, and all-around excellent communication skills!
Makayla has always enjoyed helping her community by volunteering at a variety of events. Makayla’s involvement in the community has helped her develop compassion, kindness, and empathy, which she now holds as some of her strongest core values. She is looking forward to helping those in need in any way she can.
